Preserved! 2017

June 05, 2017

I have been selected as one of the 2017 artists for the Preserved!

During the spring, summer, and fall, participating artists will be visiting the Land Conservancy’s protected properties to create their art outdoors. Their experiences and work will be shared on the Land Conservancy’s blog and at live demo events throughout the season.

In October and November, the art that is created through the Preserved! program will be shown in two exhibits – first at LaFontsee Gallery in Douglas, MI and then at The Harris Building, in Grand Rapids, MI.

Preserved! is an opportunity for artists, nature lovers, and the greater community to join together to experience and celebrate the land that surrounds us in West Michigan. Together, we can further preserve these special places for future generations.

Funding for this program has been generously provided by the Wege Foundation.
